: I've been in three Guilds, my current is Champions of War. Champions of War is a social/leveling Guild and I have alts that will remain there.
Past Guilds were Alliance and compromised of RL friends and/or family. The Alliance Guilds were/are: Nomerac (Family Guild that I still have Characters in), and Night Reavers (Friends), I left because of RL issues.

: I have not grouped with BotB members. I'm filling out this application after seeing a post from Elvantis on the Argent Dawn Forums.

: I'm looking to see end game content, and help the Raid team down bosses.

2. You are mature, well rounded, and generally a drama free individual.

3. You are not a "Keyboard Turner" and have mastered Camera and Mouse style movement.
I.E. You have mastered the art of jumping 360's while playing frogger in Naxxramas!

: I believe so, although there is always room for improvement

: Yes. I'm still working on gearing up this character, I should be starter raid ready by this weekend.

: All my Raid experience has been with Pugs during Wrath and of those only Ulduar and ToC were "progression raids".

hit 7%? reforged 450+ hit off your gear? Does frost allow you to have less hit due to the whole Instant crits they get from deep freezing a target and using Ice lance? I know that works in PvP not sure about PvE.

Ill let Elvantis make the final call on this, but sadly you are under-geared as you said yourself, and like Meiun, I don't understand the reforging of hit taking you away from the magic number. We do desperately need people most nights, so you might get a trial. We will be in touch.

I've reforged my gear for Heroics at this point. I'll need to reforge and possibly gem to be Raid viable. Right now I have a 0% chance to miss a level 87 and about 9.5% chance to miss a level 88.

To explain further, since I haven't been running Raids, I've reforged to get my crit rating up as close as I could to the shatter cap. My crit chance against frozen targets is multiplied by 3 from the shatter talent, so I was trying to get as close as I could to 33% for crit. I was maximizing my gear for the content I'm currently in.
I agree 100% that my gear is not raid ready but, it should be very soon (by the end of this weekend).

Intelligent responses to questions are always a plus in my book. Based on that alone, I'd be willing to help you with some faster heroic queues if needed. Unfortunately, this is a very busy week/weekend for me, and I'm having trouble meeting my own schedule. If I'm in game and have time I might hit you up if you like.

2.) Make me contemplate shooting him in the face
3.) make him seem like a know it all ass....
4.) not look like kaitoukage

Hello Mownt sorry for the late reply I spent most of the afternoon hiding from work and drinking (been that kind of week) so I didn't check the board.

As it's been said your gear is still a bit low but your spec looks good and your response to the questions asked were reasonable and mature (That really does count for something). What I'd like to do is give you another week to gear up and we'll give you a trial week starting 4/5. Worst case you get in and get a chance at some epics. Hope that sounds good.

Also I'm working all weekend but if I get a chance at heroics and your on I'll send you a invite

To be honest I dont know which is better. Right now being able to explain why you did this or that with your gear shows alot in how much you know your class and what you can do with the gear you have at the moment, which also shows that when you get gear you know what the hell to do with it

Good answers. There's no reason to be raid hit capped when doing dungeons, and the fact that you know about the crit cap as your spec shows you're familiar with the specifics. I would say apping now was a good thing.
